Your week in France designed

ARRIVAL - DAY 1 :

• Excursion to the Capbreton ​market followed by a cooking ​class.

• Preparation and tasting of ​lunch.

• Afternoon relaxation at the ​villa and free evening.

DAY 4 :

• Outdoor interactive lessons : ​excursion to ​Capbreton/Hossegor. Put ​your French into action!

• Optional activities : surfing, ​drawing, DIY activities, yoga... ​upon request.

• Intercultural evening.

DAY 5 :

• Outdoor interactive lessons : ​excursion to Bayonne with a ​visit to the old town and the ​chocolate museum. Put your ​French into action!
  
• Free evening to explore and ​savor the city.

DAY 6 :

• Final interactive lesson in the ​morning.
  
• Optional activities : surfing, ​drawing, DIY activities, theme ​parks upon request.

This program includes 40 hours of interactive classes.

This program is designed for learners who already have a ​foundation in French - pre-intermediate / intermediate ​A2-B1 level. A placement test will be done, prior to your ​arrival.

Upon request, we offer :

She exercises ​this expertise with an innovative methodology: ​Neurolanguage Coaching. Confirmation of your stay

We will contact you regarding a confirmation deposit (prepayment) of 50% of ​your total program fees. The balance of fees is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If ​you are registering less than 30 days prior to arrival, the total amount is required ​to confirm the program.

Payment methods

Payment by wire transfer accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the balance due is not received within 5 days following the due date, the ​reservation will be cancelled, no refund of the deposit is possible and your space is ​offered to students/clients on our waiting list.

Cancellation more than 30 days before your stay

In the event of cancellation by you more than 30 days before the start of your ​stay, 50% of the amount will be retained.

Cancellation up to 30 days before

No reimbursement will be made for a stay cancelled less than 30 days before the ​start.

Please also note that no reimbursement will be made for a stay that has been ​started but not completed.

In the event of cancellation by us for reasons beyond our control, the full amount ​will be refunded.

Insurance

Bonjour in Hossegor, its employees and agents will not be held responsible for any ​losses, damages, or injuries caused during any program or extra-curricular ​activity. The student/client is solely responsible for his/her own health, accident, ​liability, travel, cancellation and personal insurance. Student/clients are advised ​to obtain all appropriate travel, medical and cancellation insurance in their ​country of origin before departure.

Use of image and data protection

Bonjour in Hossegor may video or photograph students/clients on courses or extra-curricular activities and use these videos and photographs on its promotional materials (website, brochures, video, etc). By accepting our terms and conditions, the student/client expressly authorizes « Bonjour in Hossegor » to publish images.

All necessary data provided for your registration is intended for internal use only. The French data protection law grants you the right to access and modify your contact information.

Number of students

Maximum number of students/clients during the stay is 10 and the minimum is 5.

Your obligations

The student/client is required to observe program regulations. An internal regulation outlining the villa's rules will be presented to you on the day of your arrival. A security deposit of €200 will be requested on the day of your arrival to cover any potential damages. Any person whose attitude or behaviour is determined by Bonjour in Hossegor » to be disruptive or incompatible with « Bonjour in Hossegor » community may be expelled from the stay without reimbursement.

Complaint

Any complaint regarding the services provided by Bonjour in Hossegor must be submitted by email at contact@bonjourinhossegor.com This written complaint must be made within the week following the end of the course. In case of dispute, the parties agree that it will be judged under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bayonne.
